Order or video problem
Include the email you used at checkout or sign-in, and the date you bought or generated. If a video link is involved, paste it too so we can find it faster.
Refunds
Failed renders return credits automatically, and a video bought at checkout can be regenerated for free. If you would rather have money back, email the team from the address you paid with. The refund policy sets out the rules and how long it takes.
