If a render fails on our side, the credits return to your balance automatically — usually within a few minutes.

Rejected photos
If a photo fails review, credits return automatically. A video bought at checkout without an account can be regenerated once for free from the same order page.
One-off purchases
If a video cannot be delivered at all, email support from the address you paid with and we refund the order.
Credit packs
Unused packs can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if no credits from that pack have been spent. Spent credits are not refundable.
How long it takes
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Card refunds usually appear within 5 to 10 business days, depending on the bank.
